Return & Shipping Policy


For returns, please contact us at  Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, instead of returning items, you have the option of contacting us for a refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return leaves a carbon footprint.  So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and if a full refund is an option, we'll send the full refund to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.  Then, if possible, you can donate the product to a local charity, or recycle it. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

We only offer refunds.  Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. 

Please note that not all items will be eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and you must include a photo of the product with an explanation of why you want to return it.  If you choose to ship it back to Ebony Home, It must also be in the original packaging.  If you chose to ship it back, you can send it to Ebony Home, 295 North 430 East, Mount Pleasant, UT 84647.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.  

Gift cards are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your refund request is received, we will request a picture and an explanation as to what went wrong.  Once these are received, we will issue a refund to the method of payment that the purchase was made with.  You will receive a notification when the refund is issued. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Free standard shipping can take up to 60 days.  In some cases, such as during the holiday season, shipping may be delayed.  Orders are not eligible for a refund unless it has been more than 60 days and the order has not been received, in which case you may contact me at:
